How To Reduce Window 11 Data Usage?

There are a few steps you can take to reduce your Windows 11 system's data usage:

1. Turn off background apps: Windows 11 has a feature that allows apps to run in the background even when you're not using them. This can consume a lot of data without your knowledge. To turn off background apps, go to Settings > Privacy > Background apps and toggle off the apps you don't need.

2. Disable automatic updates: Windows updates can consume a lot of data. To disable automatic updates, go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced Options > Pause updates.

3. Turn on metered connection: If you're using a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection, you can set it as a metered connection. This will limit the data usage of your system. To do this, go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks > select your network > Properties > set "Set as metered connection" to "On".

4. Limit OneDrive syncing: If you're using OneDrive, it can consume a lot of data by syncing files automatically. To limit OneDrive syncing, go to Settings > Accounts > Sync your settings > OneDrive > Sync settings > turn off "Sync all files and folders in OneDrive".

5. Use data monitoring tools: Windows 11 has built-in data monitoring tools that allow you to track your data usage. Go to Settings > Network & internet > Data usage to see which apps and services are consuming the most data.

By following these steps, you can reduce your Windows 11 system's data usage and prevent it from increasing further
